WHAT IS AGAR POWDER?

Agar powder, also known as jelly powder, is an ingredient widely used in baking recipes. This is a 100% natural, plant-based food, extracted from red algae, which has the ability to bind and bind food. HOW TO MAKE JELLY FROM AGAR POWDER

STEPS TO MAKE FRUIT JELLY

Step 1: Mix 1 packet of coconut milk with 50ml of cold water and whisk well to dissolve the powder.

Step 2: Cut the coconut in half, put the coconut water in a separate bowl and grate the pulp into strands.

Step 3: After purchasing the fruits, wash them, soak them in salt water for about 15 – 20 minutes, then peel them and cut them into bite-sized seeds.

Step 4: Prepare a large bowl and add 1 packet of Agar powder, 300ml of coconut water, 300 grams of sugar and 1 liter of water. Then, use chopsticks to stir well and let the mixture stand for about 20 minutes.

Step 5: Pour the mixture in step 4 into a small pot and put it on the stove to boil. Then, add the coconut milk mixture in step 1, stir well and continue to boil.

Step 6: Use a ladle to remove the thin film and white foam from the boiling mixture. Then, turn off the stove and wait for it to cool.

Step 7: Prepare the jelly mold and sprinkle a layer of shredded coconut on the bottom. Then, pour the mixture in step 6 into half of the mold and wait for this jelly layer to completely solidify for about 5-7 minutes.

Step 8: Put the fruit into the mold, on top of the frozen jelly layer. Then, pour the mixture in step 6 into the remaining half of the mold.

Step 9: Wait for the jelly to cool and then put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then you can bring it out and invite everyone in your family and friends to enjoy it.
